A first time service is guaranteed to prevent roaches, ants, and silverfish for
three months on a typical home is priced at 4 cents per square foot plus tax. Our general service includes a thorough interior
spraying and or baiting as required, the attic, garage, and the exterior
of the home (perimeters, trim lines, landscaped areas, and any fire ant
mounds we can find).
Our quarterly services start at $60.00 for a basic three bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The technician performing the service will tell you exaclty what it costs for your home depending on your specific needs. A typical termite inspection, needed for the purchase of a home is priced at 4 cents per square foot plus tax and includes the Texas official wood destroying insect report.
